Contracting Division Custom Contracting and Services Inc. is a specialty contractor that specializes in full service property management and maintenance service for commercial property. We often provide services for absentee owners. Due to insurance and liability reasons, we cannot rent out our dump truck or delivery trucks without an Custom Contracting and Services employee.
